Valcambi's headquarters and refining operations are located at Balerna in south-eastern Switzerland. They have a history that stretches back approximately 60 years to the time when the company was founded by a group of private investors who had a strong interest in the precious metals industry. Now they are one of the world's largest gold refineries and bar manufacturers.
